Founded in 2014 by President Josh Emmanuel and Vice President Carl Lea-Wilson, our company was built on a foundation of expertise, dedication, and a shared passion for corrosion prevention. With years of experience working together at a previous corrosion company, Josh and Carl brought their knowledge and leadership to create a company that prioritizes technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Both founders hold CP-4 AMPP CP-Specialist certifications, demonstrating their deep expertise in corrosion prevention and cathodic protection. Their technical knowledge and leadership have been instrumental in shaping a company that delivers reliable, high-quality corrosion prevention solutions. Over the years, their commitment to excellence has earned the trust of industry leaders, including Crimson Pipeline, Chevron, Phillips 66, SoCal Gas, and multiple water districts.

As of 2025, we employ 15 full-time team members, including seven AMPP-certified technicians.
